FREE SHIPPING is provided for all Classic Gift Baskets products in the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii are not covered under our free shipping guides lines We ship all orders placed by 12pm EST Monday through Friday the same day. These gift baskets will arrive by UPS or FX Ground Service in 5 to 7 days. You may want to upgrade to express shipping for a quicker delivery time. Gift basket orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday. We do every thing possible to make sure your gift arrives in perfect condition. Gift baskets are shipped in heavy duty cardboard boxes surrounded with plenty of packing materials to assure you your gift arrives in pristine condition. If damage happens during shipment, we will assume all responsibility and gladly
credit your account after the package has been return.
Weekends and Holidays are not considered shipping or delivery days and are not counted towards delivery time. We ship Classic Gift Baskets anywhere in the United States. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada for an additional charge. Please call for a shipping price.

You can fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ( 1-757-220-8805 ) Orders cannot be processed without the proper payment information. Send your bill to address, ship to address and gift order. Enclose your phone number with area code so our sales associate can contact you for your credit card information. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Warm Weather Shipping
During the warm weather months it will be necessary to ship chocolate and other perishables with cold packs to ensure they arrive in nothing less than perfect condition. They must also be shipped via FedEx Express and cannot be shipped over the weekend.
Substitution Policy
For a variety of reasons we may occasionally run out of a specific item. This situation does not occur often but when it does we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value. We do this so we can meet our on time responsibilities. |
